For more than three decades, I have had the privilege of serving pastors, churches, ministry leaders, and global partners in advancing the Gospel. My passion is helping leaders develop healthy ministries, build strong teams, navigate seasons of change, and remain faithful to God's calling.
While serving as Lead Pastor of Bethany Christian Assembly, I learned that effective ministry is never about a single person. It is about equipping others, investing in future leaders, and creating environments where people can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith.

I’m blessed with an amazing family. My wife and I have three sons, two incredible daughters-in-law, and four wonderful grandchildren.
