DR ROB CARLSON
It has been my honor to serve as the Lead Pastor of Bethany Christian Assembly church for over 24 years. BCA is a faithful and hardworking church of 2500 with a heart for our community and the world. More than 100 ministries with over 1,000 volunteers make up the ongoing weekly ministry of BCA. There are 21 gatherings each week including specialized outreach services like Bethany Marshallese, Bethany Deaf, Bethany Spanish, and Bethany at the Mission—all strategic outreach ministries that reach out to precious people desiring to find peace with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
In addition, our church reaches out to our local community with more than 30 outreach ministries. Our compassion work ranges from feeding children going hungry in our back yard to supporting those down and out who need a hand up and ongoing encouragement.
BCA also has a big vision for the world supporting over 80 missionaries and engaging in 5 Global Church Partnerships including our work in eSwatini, Sumba (Indonesia), Cuba, Albania, and Medical Missions. Our global work includes working with missionaries and local pastors and churches where we help purchase property, build churches, dig wells or provide water tanks, train pastors, conduct children’s and youth ministry, do health education, and more.
This website serves as a resource for ministry students, young pastors and pastoral colleagues I work with, as well as our Global Church Partners and fellow Christ servants around the world. It is my privilege to serve in the trenches with you all!

I’m blessed with an amazing family. My beautiful wife Lisa and I have 3 sons. Reggie, Quinn, and Britt.
Also, Reggie and our daughter-in-law, Rachael, have just given us our very first grandchild, Rowan!!
